"If a person is thirsty, he will find water"

Enayat Roshan dream is to become the next world champion in mixed martial arts (MMA). He will do this while getting an education and with no money.

Roshan has been seeking asylum for more than nine months. After arriving in Denmark from Afghanistan, he was placed in the main asylum camp Sandholm. It was not long before he began to search for ways to pass the time.

Looking for training
Education being the first priority, Roshan enrolled in KEA (Københavns erhvervsakademi), a school for design and technology, where he began his studies in networking. After his first semester, Roshan started to look for training centers to practice kickboxing as he did back home in Afghanistan for the national team. He found CSA (Combat Sports Academy) club, the only MMA or free fight club in Grøndal, a place where he could pick up his training where he left off in Afghanistan.

Next world champion
I want to be the next world champion, so I have to find a lot of time. But if a person is thirsty, he will find water. My class is starting at 8:30 in the morning and ends at 14 while MMA is starting at 17 and finish at 19. So I take the last bus which leaves from Viby Sjælland towards Avnstrup Camp," says Roshan.

Coach pays
His coach, Carsten Garne Ettrup noticed Roshan's talent and offered him a place in the class free of charge.

"One day you will see me in the ring, fighting for the club. I’m looking forward to that day," says Roshan.

hello dear all readers, it is very nice sentence: "If a person is thirsty, he will find water" but my question is: If the water is muddy, then how can a person deal with his/her thirst? i really proud of him that he could seek for some place to pass the time but he is not the one who pass the time. he should be the one to use from every seconds of his life but unfortunately human rights organizations blocked the ways to use it. We all know that time is Gold, because our yesterday which passed, will never come back in our life. unfortunately not only asylum seekers yesterday is gone with darkness but also their tomorrow is also as dark as their yesterday was. i really thank the reporter who interviewed with Roshan and i pray for not only Roshan but also for all Afghanistani people and all other asylum seekers to gain their goals.
